Flotillas are really a parade on the water of decorated boats - a chance to "show you colours". This barge (above) was part of Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee celebration flotilla on the Thames. We suggest that you decorate your boat for the Flotilla Whau. Make a simple flag, or drape some bunting. Balloons might also be good! We will have a Decoration Station at Archibald Park so that you can whip up some decorations when you arrive - come early to give yourself time for this.
